Super-healthy foods for kids...ages 2 to 102!

Forget cooking! This exciting class demonstrates how quick and easy it is to prepare fabulous tasting, gourmet, raw vegan foods that are amazingly nutritious and colorful. Participants will leave understanding why raw, living foods are important in our diets and be able to create snacks, meals and desserts for the entire family. Everyone will receive copies of all the recipes, and best of all, we get to eat everything demonstrated.

The following dishes will be prepared:

Dianne Bess, BA, BS, MFA, has been studying nutrition since 1970. In the mid 1970s, while living in Paris, Dianne studied culinary arts at La Varenne, founded by Anne Willen and Julia Child. In recent years, Dianne spent a summer at the Optimum Health Institute in San Diego assisting in the teaching kitchen. Excited about the rejuvinative potential of raw food nutrition, she went on to study with Gabriel Cousens at the Tree of Life in Patagonia, AZ as well as with Cherie Soria at Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, CA. Dianne is a certified raw food chef and instructor.
